Pubg2 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Malaysian Players

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pubg2. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by pubg2 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing or using the pubg2 Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and pubg2. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use pubg2's services. Continued use of the Platform after we make changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2Member Eligibility

To use pubg2's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. pubg2 strictly prohibits use of its services by minors.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name, and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not on an active self-exclusion list registered with pubg2 or any associated gambling platform.
• Your use of this service does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your place of residence.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical method to conceal your actual location in order to access restricted services.

Pubg2 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any member at any time. If verification cannot be completed or a member fails to meet the eligibility requirements, pubg2 reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately without prior notice.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to open one (1) account at pubg2. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of our terms. Should pubg2 detect duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual — based on name, phone number, email address, IP address, or any other identifier — all associated accounts may be closed and any outstanding balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate, up to date, and truthful at all times. This includes your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a reachable email address. pubg2 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Your account password is your sole responsibility. pubg2 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including pubg2 support staff — our team will never ask for your password through any channel.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Pubg2 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and pubg2 does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions.

The minimum deposit amount at pubg2 is RM10 per transaction. There is no globally fixed maximum deposit limit, though daily or monthly limits may be applied based on risk assessment or at the member's own request via the self-management tools. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is successfully confirmed.

Pubg2 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. This is a safeguard to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawals at pubg2 can be made at any time, provided your account meets the verification requirements and there are no active restrictions on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. pubg2 processes withdrawals within 24 business hours from the time the request is received.

For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, pubg2 reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") documentation, which may include a valid MyKad or passport copy, a recent bank statement, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. This KYC process is an industry standard designed to protect your account against fraud.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise stated and confirmed by the pubg2 finance team. pubg2 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Pubg2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly game rebates, seasonal promotions (such as IPL and Raya promotions), and a loyalty programme for returning members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.

Bonus wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. Always check the specific terms of each promotion before claiming a bonus at pubg2.

Pubg2 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through improper means, including bonus arbitrage exploitation, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any form of system manipulation. Members suspected of such activity may be subject to investigation and account closure.

• Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes within the pubg2 platform and may not be transferred, sold, or given to any other party.
• Every promotion has a set expiry date — any bonus not used within the stated period will be automatically forfeited.
• Pubg2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional programme with reasonable notice.
• Weekly rebates are credited every Monday and calculated based on total qualifying bets placed in the preceding 7-day period.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on pubg2 — including live baccarat, roulette, slots, Sports Betting, and cricket — operate on a fair and transparent system. For games powered by a random number generator (RNG), our systems are independently audited by internationally accredited bodies to ensure genuine fairness and randomness.

For Sports Betting and cricket, the odds displayed are the odds that will be used to settle your bet. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — the odds shown at the moment you click are the values locked in once your bet is successfully confirmed by pubg2's system. In the event of a technical disruption that prevents bet confirmation, pubg2 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.

For sporting events that are cancelled or postponed, pubg2 will apply the following rules: if a match does not begin within 24 hours of its originally scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For matches that have started but are subsequently suspended, outcomes will be determined in accordance with the sport-specific rules set out in the platform's sports rules section.

8Prohibited Member Conduct

Pubg2 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund of balance:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the pubg2 system, including the use of automated software (bots), algorithms, or other unauthorised technical methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the pubg2 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. pubg2 cooperates fully with authorities in any related investigations.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in multiplayer games or group betting.
• Support Abuse: Providing false information to the pubg2 support team, making fraudulent claims, or harassing our support staff.
• Multiple Account Usage: As stated in Section 3, owning or operating more than one account at pubg2 is strictly prohibited.

9Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your pubg2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure there are no active bets or pending withdrawal requests. Any remaining balance after all bets are settled will be returned to you via your preferred payment method within 5 business days.

Pubg2 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to meet KYC verification requirements, serious breach of terms and conditions, or instructions from the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, any outstanding balance or winnings may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

If your account was closed at your own request through a self-exclusion programme, you are not permitted to open a new account with pubg2 during the designated exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a serious player protection measure, and pubg2 is committed to enforcing it.

10Responsible Gaming

Pubg2 believes that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We offer a range of self-management tools that can be activated directly from your account settings, with no need to contact support:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session time limit
• Temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 30 days)
• Long-term or permanent self-exclusion
• Automatic play-time reminders

All limits take effect immediately once set. Protective limits (such as lowering your deposit limit) apply instantly, while increases (such as raising your deposit limit) may be subject to a 24–72 hour waiting period to allow time for reflection. 11Liability Cap & Disclaimer

Pubg2 provides this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and accurately, we make no express or implied warranties that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or fully suited to your needs.

Pubg2 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, internet network failures, cyberattacks beyond our control, or any force majeure events. This includes but is not limited to: data loss, temporary service interruptions, transaction processing delays caused by third-party issues, or odds changes resulting from technical errors.

In the event of a technical error that materially affects the odds or outcome of a game (for example, clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system failure), pubg2 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the member. This decision is made at pubg2's sole discretion and is final.

12Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pubg2 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time due to operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version with the most recent update date will always be available on this page. Continued use of the pubg2 platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
