From classic baccarat tables with real dealers to the thrill of Lightning Baccarat, pubg2 offers every top baccarat variant with the highest RTP and an authentic casino atmosphere — all from your phone.
If there's one casino game that's truly woven into Asian gambling culture, it's baccarat. In Malaysia, baccarat is more than a game — it's a ritual. Some play every night, some swear by their own strategies, and some believe in the "road" or patterns recorded on the road map. Statistically accurate or not, it's all part of baccarat's undeniable appeal.
At pubg2, we designed the baccarat experience with a genuine understanding of how Malaysian players like to play. It's not just about placing a table and assigning a dealer — every table comes with a full suite of road maps (Big Road, Bead Plate, Big Eye Boy, Small Road), up-to-date pattern statistics, and a range of side bet options to suit different playing styles.
What sets baccarat apart from other casino games is its simplicity. You don't need to read cards like in blackjack, or pick numbers and wait on a wheel like in roulette. In baccarat, you choose one of three outcomes — Banker, Player, or Tie — and let the dealer handle the rest. It's easy to pick up, yet the bankroll management strategies layered beneath it are what keep experienced players coming back night after night.
In standard baccarat, the Banker Bet has a house edge of just 1.06% — one of the lowest of any casino game. Even with the 5% commission on Banker wins, its long-term value still beats the Player Bet (1.24%) and far outperforms the Tie Bet (14.36%). At pubg2, the Banker Bet is the smartest choice for extended sessions.

One reason baccarat remains so popular in Malaysia is that it's one of the easiest casino games to pick up. If you're new, here's the basic idea: two hands are dealt — one for the Player and one for the Banker. Each hand starts with two cards. Hand values are calculated by adding the card values and keeping only the units digit — so 7+6=13 becomes 3, not 13.
Numbered cards 2 through 9 are worth face value. 10, J, Q, and K are worth 0. Aces are worth 1. The hand closest to 9 wins. Under certain conditions, a third card may be dealt according to baccarat rules — this is handled automatically by the dealer, so you don't need to make any decision about the third card. This is what makes baccarat simpler than blackjack.
At pubg2, before the cards are dealt, you choose whether to bet on Player winning, Banker winning, or both hands ending equal (Tie). Once your bet is placed, you simply watch the dealer take care of the rest. No complex decisions, no card strategies to memorise. That's what makes baccarat a game you can enjoy casually or take seriously — depending on your mood.
The Tie Bet's 8:1 payout looks attractive, but its house edge sits at 14.36% — more than 10 times higher than the Banker Bet. Statistically, a Tie occurs in roughly 9.5% of rounds. Use the Tie Bet very sparingly at pubg2; it should never be your primary strategy.
From main bets to exciting side bets — understand every option available at the baccarat table.
Bet that the Player hand will come closest to 9. Pays 1:1 with no commission. House edge 1.24%. A solid choice for regular play sessions, though statistically slightly below the Banker Bet in long-term value.
Bet on the Banker hand to win. Pays 0.95:1 (5% commission on winnings). House edge of just 1.06% — the best value bet in baccarat, recommended by nearly every casino game analyst worldwide.
Bet on both hands finishing with the same value. The 8:1 payout is tempting, but the 14.36% house edge is steep. Rarely recommended as a main bet — treat it as an occasional side bet at pubg2.
Bet that the first two cards dealt to either the Player or Banker hand form a matching pair. Pays 11:1. Probability of occurring is approximately 7.5%. A popular side bet at pubg2 as it hits more frequently than most other side bets.
The first two cards of the chosen hand must form a pair in both value AND suit (e.g., two Ace ♠). Pays 25:1. Less frequent, but the payout is significantly higher. Best suited for players who enjoy high-risk, high-reward bets.
Bet that one or both hands will hit a "natural" — a value of 8 or 9 from the first two cards. A natural 9 for Player or Banker carries different payouts. This bet adds an extra layer of tension to every opening round of baccarat.
One of the most distinctive aspects of how Asian players — particularly from Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong — approach baccarat is the use of road maps, or pattern-tracking charts. These are colour-coded grids that record every previous round result, and players use them to identify patterns or "runs" currently unfolding at the table.
At pubg2, all live baccarat tables come with the four industry-standard road maps. The first is the Bead Plate — the most straightforward record, logging each result top to bottom, left to right. Banker is marked in red, Player in blue, Tie in green. The second is the Big Road — the main pattern display showing how long each streak runs before switching.
Big Eye Boy, Small Road, and Cockroach Road are three more advanced derived road maps — they compare patterns from several previous rounds to indicate whether the table is in a "repeating" or unpredictable mode. Many experienced players at pubg2 use all three road maps together before deciding on their next bet.
One important note: mathematically, every baccarat round is independent and road maps cannot predict future outcomes. That said, they help you stay focused, spot shifts in table momentum, and most importantly, give you something concrete to base your decisions on rather than betting at random. This is why the baccarat experience at pubg2 feels richer and more engaging than platforms that don't provide a full road map.
When the Big Road shows a long streak — say, Banker winning five or six times in a row — many players will start "following the road" by continuing to bet Banker until the streak breaks. Once it does, they switch to track the new pattern. It's not an exact science, but it's how many Asian players approach baccarat with a sense of structure and discipline.
Choose the variant that suits your playing style and bankroll size.
| Variants | House Edge (Banker) | Commission | Min Limit | Options |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (European) | 1.06% | 5% | RM5 | Recommended |
| No Commission | 1.46%* | None | RM5 | Popular |
| Lightning Baccarat | 2.85% | 20% | RM10 | Exciting |
| Speed Baccarat | 1.06% | 5% | RM5 | Speed |
| Squeeze Baccarat | 1.06% | 5% | RM10 | Drama |
| Salon Privé (VIP) | 1.06% | 5% | RM200 | VIP |
*No Commission Baccarat: the house edge is slightly higher because a Banker win on 6 pays only half. However, with no commission to worry about, many players prefer this variant.

Register & CollectNo strategy can change the mathematics of baccarat. But there are ways to play with more discipline and control.
The simplest and most widely recommended strategy among experienced players — bet Banker every single round, no exceptions. While the 5% commission may sting, the 1.06% house edge means you lose less over time compared to any other bet. Ideal for players who want a relaxed session at pubg2 without the pressure of constant analysis.
A positive betting progression — raise your bet when you win, not when you lose. Start with 1 unit; on a win, move to 3 units, then 2, then 6. If you lose at any stage, reset to 1 unit. The advantage: you only risk your own capital in the early stages, with the rest effectively playing on profit. This strategy is popular among Malaysian baccarat players at pubg2.
Watch the road map and follow the current pattern. If Banker is on a streak, keep betting Banker. When the streak breaks, wait one round before switching. Many Malaysian players use this as a rough guide for betting decisions at pubg2. It's not an exact science, but it helps maintain discipline instead of impulsively switching bets.
Set your baccarat session with 20 units (e.g. RM500 = 20 units × RM25 per bet). Set a loss limit of 10 units and a profit target of 10 units. Once either limit is hit, end the session. This strategy isn't about how to bet — it's about knowing when to stop, which is the most important discipline in any casino game at pubg2.
One dangerous pattern to avoid is chasing Tie bets after a few Tie results appear in quick succession. This is a cognitive bias — a table that just produced a Tie is no more likely to produce another one. At pubg2, stay disciplined: the Tie Bet is an occasional side wager, not a core strategy.
If you've lost five or six rounds in a row at one table, there's nothing wrong with switching tables — not because the table is "unlucky", but a fresh environment can sometimes help reset your mindset. At pubg2, there are over 20 live baccarat tables available at any time. Use that variety whenever the momentum feels like it's not going your way.

Real experiences from active baccarat players across Malaysia.
"Baccarat Squeeze at pubg2 is the closest thing to sitting at a real casino table. The dealer slowly peels the cards, and everyone holds their breath. Used the 1-3-2-6 strategy last week and walked away with RM6,800 in profit across four sessions. Withdrawal hit my Maybank account in under two hours. Absolutely brilliant."
"I play baccarat almost every night — tried plenty of platforms, but pubg2 is by far the most comfortable. The road maps are complete: Big Road, Big Eye Boy, everything's there. Speed Baccarat is perfect when you only have a quick 30-minute session. TnG deposits clear instantly, and withdrawals are hassle-free. Highly recommend to everyone."
"Lightning Baccarat at pubg2 is genuinely exciting — when that ×8 multiplier lands on a winning hand, it feels completely different. I stick to a Banker strategy with the occasional Player Pair side bet. Last month was my best yet — RM3,200 net profit in two weeks. Here's hoping it continues!"
